Job Summary: GREENWORLD International is seeking an experienced and motivated Company Trainer to join our team. As a Company Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance employee motivation and franchise training within our organization. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee motivation and improve overall performance.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees,ESB’s and franchisees.
• Assess training needs by conducting regular training needs analysis and evaluating performance gaps.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training requirements and customize training programs accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee motivation and franchise training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees and franchisees to reinforce training concepts and ensure successful implementation.
• Assist in the on boarding process of new employees,ESB’s and franchisees by providing orientation and initial training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement training initiatives to address those areas.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven work experience as a Company Trainer or similar role, with a focus on employee motivation and franchise training.
• In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with employees and franchisees at all levels.
• Ability to adapt training techniques and materials to different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to students throughout the entire application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling: Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their parents to understand their aspirations, goals, and academic background. Provide personalized advice and guidance on suitable study abroad programs, universities, and courses based on their interests, academic qualifications, and career objectives.
Generate Revenue: Generate revenue through maximize the number of files creation and through other source.
Development of Team: Hire, lead, motivate and manage a team of counselor’s by providing guidance, training and performance evaluation to drive productivity and achieve sales objective.
Program Selection: Assess students’ profiles and academic records to determine the most appropriate study abroad programs and universities. Stay updated with the latest information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa regulations of various countries.
Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, including filling out application forms, preparing necessary documents, writing compelling statements of purpose, and securing letters of recommendation. Ensure that all application deadlines are met and facilitate efficient communication with universities.
Test Preparation: Provide guidance and resources for standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, or GMAT. Help students develop effective test-taking strategies and provide recommendations for appropriate test preparation materials and resources.
Financial Guidance: Advise students on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and funding options available for studying abroad. Assist in budget planning, calculating expenses, and exploring part-time work opportunities during studies.
Visa Assistance: Familiarize students with the visa application process, including the required documentation, interview preparation, and compliance with immigration regulations. Liaise with relevant authorities and provide support in obtaining student visas.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, educational institutions, and scholarship organizations. Stay updated with changes in admission criteria, scholarship programs, and education policies to provide accurate information to students.
Workshops and Seminars: Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to educate students and parents about studying abroad, admission procedures, scholarships, and career prospects. Represent EDUIMMI Universe at education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, international relations, etc.)
Proven experience as an overseas education counselor, preferably with a focus on the desired study destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Strong knowledge of international education systems, universities, courses, and study visa processes.
Familiarity with standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT) and test preparation strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents, and provide personalized guidance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant software applications for student management and documentation.
Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
